1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the FLICQ webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. FLICQ reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website.

2. Products & Prices

All prices shown on the webshop include VAT where applicable. FLICQ reserves the right to change prices at any time. Products are displayed as accurately as possible; slight variations in color may occur depending on your screen settings. All products are made to order.

3. Orders

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Your order is final once payment has been completed. FLICQ reserves the right to cancel orders in case of production issues or suspected fraud, in which case you will receive a full refund.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely via our checkout partner (Fourthwall). We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, American Express, iDEAL, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted and secured.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary by location. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking code by e-mail. FLICQ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

We ship worldwide. Free shipping applies to orders over €75 to eligible destinations. For some products, production may occur in the US or EU depending on availability, which may result in international shipping times.

6. Import Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer. We always try to use a production facility near you to minimize this, but it cannot always be avoided.

7. Returns & Quality Guarantee

8. EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)

All products sold through the FLICQ store comply with the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) 2023/988. Products are manufactured and fulfilled by Fourthwall, Inc. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, designs, and text, is the intellectual property of FLICQ. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

10. Liability

FLICQ is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or other consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
